Office Personnel

Etta has been with our office since 1980, serving various positions from front desk to fill-in assistant.  Etta and her husband Greg have two sons and a grandchild on the way!  She is very excited.......first grandchild.  She is a wonderful asset to our company.  Billie has been with our office since 1984. She is a 1984 graduate of Scarlet Oaks Dental Assistant Program. Her start was with Dr. Franklin as his assistant before moving to the front desk, where she has been since 1992. Billie has two sons, Brandon and Joey.  She is currently employed as head financial and insurance coordinator. Jean  has been with our office since 1996. She enjoys interacting with our patients and remains enthusiastic toward serving the dental needs of our practice. Jeanne is a medical/dental secretary and has been in this field since 1979. In her spare time she enjoys activities with her nieces and nephews.  Jessica is the newest edition to our family.  She does secretarial work around our office as well as greeting patients, making them feel comfortable from the moment they walk in the door.  She has a beautiful son Johnathon, born 2004, who is the light of her life.  We are glad to have her working on our staff. Micki has been with our office since 2003.  She is currently an assistant in our  financial/insurance department.  She is a proud grandmother of 7 grandchildren.

Hygiene Department

Heather is a 1996 graduate of Raymond Walters College. She has been with our office since graduation. Heather and her husband Trent have two children, Courtney and Zachary. Wendy is a 1993 graduate of Raymond Walters College and has been part of our team since 1997. Wendy and her husband Chad have 5 children: Jamie, Bethany, Jonah, Tannen and Trinity, along with her cherished dog "Chloe". Ludmilla is a 1993 graduate of Raymond Walters College and has been part of our team since graduation. Formerly a citizen of the Soviet Union, Ludmilla, her husband Boris and two sons Alex and Sergy have been in the US since 1990.   We also employ several part time Saturday Hygienists not listed above.

Dental Assistants

Christol is a 1990 graduate of IMDT (Institute of Medical/Dental Training). She brought 10 years experience as a dental assistant, and has been Dr. Franklin’s assistant since 1998. Her kindness has been a great asset to our office. Her family includes her daughter Courtney. She will be completing her training at Sinclair Comm. College as an Expanded Functions Dental Auxiallary (EFDA) in June 2007. Michelle is a 1994 graduate of IMDT. She has worked as Dr. Carl’s assistant since 1995. Her compassionate nature is of great value to our office. She will be completing the Expanded Functions Dental program in the summer of 2007.  Mandy  has been with our office since mid 2006 and currently attends Cincinnati State College.  She is Dr. Plotnicks assistant and is a wonderful addition to our office.
